As the Change Manager, you will be instrumental in steering and advancing our transformation initiatives. Your role will ensure that all developmental and transformational endeavors are supported by a robust change framework and are effectively communicated and integrated within the organization. This position necessitates proactive collaboration across all organizational levels, from project teams to executive leadership. Clear and consistent communication that fosters a deeper understanding and acceptance of new processes is essential, given the complexity and diversity of Breedon.
Key Responsibilities
  • Change Management: Spearhead the execution of business transformations, crafting communication strategies and impact assessments that enhance stakeholder comprehension and engagement regarding upcoming changes and the support mechanisms in place.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders throughout the organization, ensuring their needs and concerns are acknowledged and that they are actively involved in the change process.
  • Communication Management: Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans that effectively articulate the significance of changes and their benefits to the organization, aligning with our strategic objectives. You will play a crucial role in various project teams and the BTS leadership team, coordinating communication efforts to prevent redundancy, mixed messages, and to promote a consistent tone and information regarding the Transformation Programme.
  • Project Support: Assist in steering group and project board meetings, ensuring alignment and addressing potential risks and issues related to change and communications, while maintaining an independent stance to challenge delivery processes.
