About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Lidl. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of retail professionals, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of retail professionals
  • Drive sales growth and improve store profitability
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Manage and improve store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and other key performance indicators to inform business decisions

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
