Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Audit Operations Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This permanent role is integral to our Business Services division, focusing on risk and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing compliance audit programs across various service lines, ensuring thorough review of audit outputs and performance monitoring.
  • Lead the development and execution of an internal audit strategy for our Business Services division, encompassing all phases from planning to reporting.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to build strong relationships and facilitate effective audit processes.
  • Contribute to the 'Best Practice' team, which oversees audit and compliance activities across the organization.
Required Qualifications
  • CCAB/IIA/CIMA qualification is essential.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in risk-based audits and audit management.
  • Proven ability to conduct audits across support functions such as HR, Finance, and Marketing.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with audit systems.
