About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Data Management Manager to join our team on a 3-month contract. As a Clinical Data Management Manager, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise in the management and processing of clinical data, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and accurately to set timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management Operations: Ensure that all data management operations are conducted to TRI SOPs.
  • Project Documentation: Create project-specific documentation for assigned trials, including the Data Management Plan and the Data Management File.
  • Database Management: Prepare database and edit check specifications, perform verification and User Acceptance Testing of configured databases, and perform data cleaning activities.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Produce information/reports directly from the clinical database or via the appropriate procedure to request a new report from the appropriate department or vendor.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Liaise with personnel at the sponsor company, or their designates, with Central Event Adjudication Committees (CEC) within clearly defined guidelines as determined by the Data Manager for matters concerning processing of data.
  • Quality Control: Perform QC checks (including spot checks) and Database Quality Assessments on the clinical databases of assigned projects.

Requirements:

  • Education: Life Science Degree, Nursing qualification, or relevant industry experience.
  • Skills and Abilities: The job holder must be computer literate and numerate with a willingness to adapt to various computer systems, work with close attention to detail, and have an ability to phrase data queries in an understandable and impartial manner.
