Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Fabric Engineer to join our dynamic team in Southwark, London. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient execution of Reactive Works orders and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) within the stipulated timeframes as defined by our service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Your contributions will significantly enhance overall operational efficiency, effectiveness, and contract profitability, ensuring that all services are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete all assigned Reactive Works orders and PPMs in accordance with contract-defined SLAs and KPIs.
  • Support the site supervisor in implementing an integrated approach to service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and documentation.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal applicant will possess the right to work in the UK and have a background as a time-served Fabric Engineer. Key qualifications include:

  • Proven experience in Carpentry, Painting and Decorating, Door Hanging, Carpet/Lino repairs, Glazing Repairs, Masonry Repairs, Locksmithing, Tiling, and ceiling grids/tiles.
  • Knowledge of L8 ACOP regulations.
  • Ability to develop and understand safety documentation.
  • Legionella Awareness certification.
  • CSCS Skills card or equivalent qualification.
  • First Aid certification.
