Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Early Years Manager to join our team at the Early Years Alliance. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing our early years education and care services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Inspire and lead your team to deliver high-quality early years education and care, ensuring that all regulatory requirements and policies are met.
  • Operational Management: Manage the day-to-day operation of the setting, including financial sustainability, staff management, and parent relationships.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of our early years education and care services, aligning with the goals and objectives of the Early Years Alliance.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: A minimum Level 3 Early Years Education and Childcare Qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience: Proven post-qualification experience in working in early education and childcare, with a strong track record of leadership and management.
  • Skills: Sound IT skills, ability to use Microsoft Office programmes, nursery management software, and online portals effectively.
