Company Overview: Protocol Education has established a partnership with a multi-academy trust, featuring exceptional secondary schools throughout the region, anticipating a significant need for supply cover.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and direct classroom activities during the absence of the regular instructor.
  • Ensure students remain focused and foster a constructive learning atmosphere.
  • Adhere to the institution's behavior management protocols.
  • Assist students with their assignments and provide necessary support.
  • Document and report on student behavior and academic progress.
Essential Qualifications:
  • GCSEs in English and Maths or equivalent credentials.
  • Experience in working with children or adolescents.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Educational Requirements:
  • At least GCSEs in English and Maths or equivalent.
Experience Needed:
  • Prior experience working with children or young individuals in an educational context.
Skills and Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with classroom management strategies.
  • Capability to engage and inspire students.
  • Excellent communication skills.
Work Environment:
  • Part-Time hours with a flexible schedule.
  • Engagement in secondary schools within the multi-academy trust.

All salary rates mentioned include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This position is temporary, with the potential for permanent placement in the future.
