Job Summary:We are looking for a highly skilled Marketing Data Analyst with front-end development expertise to join our international arts marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing actionable data insights, analysis, and optimization recommendations to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain front-end and marketing integration for our digital platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions that enhance user experience and drive business growth.
- Proactively identify data trends and make actionable recommendations to improve performance.
- Enhance our data collection to improve analysis and reporting on key performance metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web technologies and industry trends to optimize our platforms.
- Integrate AI into workflows to improve efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in front-end development, especially using APIs for data retrieval and reporting.
- 3+ years of experience integrating advertising, marketing, and analytics tools.
- Strong proficiency in Vanilla JavaScript, Typescript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks.
- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Knowledge of web performance optimization/CRO techniques.
- Understanding of SEO best practices and accessibility standards.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Experience with server-side technologies such as Node.js.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS).
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
- Understanding of agile development methodologies.
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and attention to visual details.
- Familiarity with user experience design software.
- Comfortable using graphic design tools.
- Skilled in crafting interfaces that provide an optimal viewing experience.
- Ability to think outside the box with creative problem-solving skills.
