Position Summary for the Clinical Pathology Laboratory Support Coordinator
- This role involves field service engineering and customer support across multiple NHS locations in the Shrewsbury and Telford regions.
- Responsibilities include installation, troubleshooting, repair, and planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
- Key duties will involve diagnosing and resolving faults, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring optimal operation of the clinical chemistry equipment.
- Comprehensive product training will be provided.

- Competitive base salary of £49,700 upon full competency

Ideal Candidate Profile for the Clinical Pathology Laboratory Support Coordinator
- Engineering qualification is essential
- Experience in clinical pathology laboratories is preferred but not mandatory

- Strong knowledge of electro-mechanical systems is required, with training available for skill enhancement
- Must possess a logical, process-oriented mindset and effective time management skills
