Manual Tester - Investment Banking Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Manual Tester to join our team at Intec Select. This is a 12-month initial contract with a leading investment bank in London, offering a hybrid work model with 2-3 days per week on-site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough manual testing of financial applications and systems, including functional, regression, and system testing to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Execute test plans, document test results, and identify, log, and track defects to ensure issues are resolved before deployment.
  • Collaborate with development teams, business analysts, and project managers to understand requirements and ensure effective testing coverage.
  • Maintain and update testing documentation, including test plans, test scripts, and defect logs, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in manual testing, particularly within the financial services sector or investment banking.
  • Familiarity with common testing tools and platforms for defect tracking and test management.
