Farming Graduate Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Farming team as a Graduate Farming Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will assist in a wide range of farming matters, gaining valuable knowledge and experience to develop a career in Farm Management Consultancy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the farming team with farm management activities, including contract farming agreements, farm business issues, and financial monitoring.
  • Provide technical advice on mainstream arable and livestock enterprises, as well as environmental issues and farm diversification.
  • Develop and maintain client contacts, drive business development, and advise on compliance with current and upcoming government legislation.
  • Prepare internal and external reports, and maintain and develop relevant personal and technical skills.
Person Specification
  • A great communicator with excellent written and oral skills.
  • A team player with a business development oriented attitude.
  • Commercially astute with good numeracy skills.
  • Ambitious, energetic, and self-motivated with a passion for farming and food production systems.
Skills and Qualifications
  • University Degree in a relevant field.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent IT skills, including use of MS Office.
