Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and charismatic Restaurant Manager to join our team at Nichi. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading our team to deliver exceptional guest satisfaction, driving sales growth, and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate a friendly, charismatic, and professional approach to lead the team by example.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Ensure guest satisfaction and build rapport to establish repeat business.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop the FOH team to ensure excellent service standards.
  • Service Delivery: Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure a seamless service and high-quality food delivery.
  • Task Delegation: Delegate, support, and monitor tasks for the junior management team to ensure efficient operation.
  • Strategic Planning: Work closely with the Managing Partner to implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability.
  • Accountability: Be fully accountable of the business in the absence of the Managing Partner.

Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in an upscale dining environment.

  • Cuisine Knowledge: Good knowledge of wines and Japanese cuisine.
  • Availability: Available to start from early November.
