Job Title: Conveyancing Secretary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Conveyancing Secretary to join our team at Simpson Judge Ltd. As a key member of our residential property department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our conveyancing services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client files and matters on our Case Management system
  • Prepare and draft correspondence, reports, and other documents for fee earners
  • Conduct searches and prepare draft reports on results and title documents
  • Liaise with clients and other parties to ensure timely completion of transactions
  • Audio typing from digital dictation system
  • Utilize Outlook for diary management, booking client and departmental meetings
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a residential property department
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong ICT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
