Barista Team Lead

We're looking for a skilled and motivated individual to lead our night team as a Barista Maestro. As a Night Team Leader, you'll be responsible for creating a smooth and efficient work environment, training and accrediting new baristas, and driving success for yourself and your team.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate night shifts to ensure seamless operations
- Train and develop new baristas to achieve high standards
- Lead by example and maintain high standards of quality and customer service
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Monitor and maintain store standards, including cleanliness and presentation
- A competitive salary of £12.33-13.33 per hour, rising with training to £12.83-13.83 (dependent on store location)
