As a Recruitment Account Manager, you will work with an established US client base to develop and manage the successful fulfillment of key roles across 'white collar' professional Construction 'MEP' (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing design) roles.
The agency is a leader in this sector, working across numerous PSL's with strong established client relationships in this fast-moving US recruitment market. With a warm desk and strong ongoing demand for quality permanent roles, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional technical recruiter to quickly build their earning potential and career development opportunities in an enormous and growing US market.
From the comfort of your hybrid working base in Glasgow, you will be working in a specific set of client accounts to build and grow new contacts to better support their own business growth and create new opportunities.
You will be supported by a resourcing team to develop and build talent pipelines to help ensure successful hiring outcomes and grow client revenues alongside your own earning potential.
The role offers a slightly different working hours pattern, with approximately 40 hours a week spread over 4 days, including evenings, to accommodate west coast client contacts. Fridays are off.
This is a flexible hybrid role with a fantastic, funky work environment for those days you do work in the office, complete with a rooftop bar, free parking, and a great vibe.
The company offers a basic salary between £30,000-£40,000, based on your level of experience, with a generous bonus scheme, great benefits, and additional team incentives.
