New Homes Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive New Homes Sales Consultant to join our team at Pear Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering sales on our client's development, identifying and maximising new homes sales opportunities, and working collaboratively to ensure all budgeted sales figures are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales and meet sales targets
- Report to the New Homes Sales Manager
- Proven track record in sales, with new homes experience ideal
In addition to a proven track record in sales, key skills should include influencing and selling, planning and organisation, IT literacy, great communication skills, and the ability to think 'outside of the box' to deliver results.
Requirements:- Driver with own car required
- Familiarity with the local market, business-to-business experience/exposure, and a strong customer-focused approach
