Our organization provides a competitive salary and leave package, along with a commitment to professional development and growth. We support a hybrid working model and foster a strong team culture, with regular collaboration at our Bridport Children's Centre.

- Collaborating with the Team Manager, Education, and Early Help SENCO to ensure proper assessment and review processes for children with SEND.

- Working with team members to produce high-quality Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

- Maintaining meticulous electronic records of contact and case management for the EHCP process, ensuring consistency across the county.

- Partnering with the Team Manager SEND lead and other professionals to effectively manage complex cases.

About You:

You will prioritize quality outcomes for children and possess experience working with those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.

You will be a motivated and organized team player, capable of managing a complex caseload while prioritizing competing demands.

You will be dedicated to providing transparent and inclusive customer service, ensuring families and young people are informed and engaged throughout the process.
