About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technician to join our team in the Industrial sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for drafting and designing buildings using CAD software, providing technical support to architects, and ensuring designs comply with building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting and Designing: Create detailed drawings and plans for buildings using CAD software.
  • Technical Support: Assist architects with technical details and specifications.
  • Building Regulations: Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals.
  • Site Visits: Inspect construction sites to monitor progress and ensure adherence to plans.
  • Material Selection: Recommend appropriate materials and construction techniques.
  • Problem Solving: Address technical issues that arise during the design and construction phases.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in the Industrial sector.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge of CAD software and building regulations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
