We are seeking skilled Warehouse Supervisors to join our Coldstore & Warehouse Team in Lisburn, driven by our ongoing expansion.

Role Responsibilities

  • Oversee the receipt, storage, picking, wrapping, quality assurance, and dispatch of all goods processed through the warehouse.
  • Manage daily Crossdock operations and provide support to the team.
  • Execute warehouse tasks and maintain necessary documentation.
  • Ensure timely processing of receipts and shipments.
  • Uphold and enhance the cleanliness and appearance of the warehouse.
  • Adhere to the company's Health & Safety protocols.
  • Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
  • Supervise a team to ensure effective performance and achievement of shift targets.
  • Inspire and provide constructive feedback to team members for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate and current for audit purposes.
  • Facilitate training for new employees and provide ongoing training as needed.
  • Fulfill any other reasonable management requests to support business needs.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a warehouse environment is essential.
  • Familiarity with Crossdock operations.
  • Valid Forklift Certification.
  • Experience with Warehouse Inventory Management systems is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency in standard IT applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and team collaboration skills.

Employment Terms

  • Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
  • Competitive salary starting from £33,000 per annum.
  • Monday to Friday shifts available (Day, Mid, Night).
