About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Professional to join our team at Leonard Cheshire. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily life tasks, including personal care, medication, and mealtimes.
- Escort and assist individuals in and around the service, at external events, and appointments.
