Job Description:

We are looking for someone with a kind and empathetic nature who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our clients. As a Care Professional, you will provide companionship, support, and care to our clients in their own homes, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide companionship and support to clients, engaging in activities and conversations that promote their well-being and happiness.
  • Assist clients with daily tasks, such as meal preparation, medication management, and personal care.
  • Support clients with their mobility and mobility-related needs, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Provide emotional support and reassurance to clients, helping them to cope with challenging situations.
  • Work collaboratively with other care professionals to ensure seamless care and support.

Requirements:
