We're seeking a Front of House Team Member to bring their passion for outstanding customer service to our Ramsgate Smugglers Retreat Table Table restaurant.

About the Role:

As a Front of House Team Member, you'll be the friendly face of our restaurant, welcoming guests and ensuring they have an exceptional dining experience. You'll work closely with our team to deliver exceptional service, maintain a clean and welcoming environment, and provide a warm and inviting atmosphere for our customers.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest queries and resolving any issues promptly
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and welcoming environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Upsell and promote our menu items, drinks, and services to enhance the guest experience
  • Manage cash and card transactions, operating the till and handling customer payments
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
