GET STAFFED ONLINE RECRUITMENT LIMITED is a leading UK design agency transforming content that inspires learners around the world. We're seeking a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our exceptional team.

If you're a creative professional with up to 2 years of experience in graphic design and a passion for editorial design, we want to hear from you. Our ideal candidate has a solid understanding of typography, information design, layout skills, and concept development. They're eager to learn and grow with our team, developing their skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

The role is highly varied, requiring a good balance of technical ability and creativity. As a Junior Graphic Designer, you'll work on a range of projects, from concept development to final design delivery. You'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of designers, learning from their expertise and sharing your own ideas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop visual communications materials, including graphics, layouts, and typography
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop and implement design concepts
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and quality
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our brand identity and visual language

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree or HND in Graphic Design or a related field
  • Up to 2 years of industry experience, with a focus on editorial design
  • Strong understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
