Job Summary:

The Recruitment Co. is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing a team of sales professionals in the drink sector, with a focus on Craft Beer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share
  • Manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive sales growth
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the drink sector, with a focus on Craft Beer
  • Valid UK Driving Licence
  • Regional Management experience or suitable experience
  • Confident understanding of the On-Trade and a demonstrable track record of driving sales growth
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives
