As a Sales Assistant - Customer Advisor with Outdoor and Cycle Concepts, you'll play a key role in providing outstanding service to our customers and helping them find the perfect products for their outdoor adventures.

Our team is dedicated to creating a premium and inclusive shopping experience, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating a personalized shopping experience for customers by understanding their needs and wants
  • Modeling our company values and working collectively to create an outstanding customer experience
  • Participating in training opportunities to develop and maintain product knowledge and skills
  • Maintaining a high level of store and stockroom standards
  • Identifying opportunities for add-on sales

As a member of our team, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including:

  • Competitive hourly rate of £11.68 per hour (£9.47 for under 21's)
