**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor/Fee Earner to join our busy Residential Conveyancing team in Leeds City Centre.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage a diverse range of residential property transactions from start to finish
* Conduct comprehensive title reviews and resolve any issues
* Advise clients on mortgage offers and HTB schemes
* Liaise with clients, lenders, estate agents, and other solicitors to ensure smooth progress of each transaction
* Prepare transfer documents and obtain redemption figures
* Keep the company's case management system and portal updated

**Requirements:**

* At least three years of strong conveyancing experience
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Passion for providing quality client care and delivering results on time
* Proactive, solution-oriented approach to handling complex transactions independently
