Our Supported Living relief pool is expanding, and we currently have openings for relief positions. The beauty of these relief contracts is the flexibility they offer; you can specify your availability, and we will strive to provide shifts that accommodate your schedule.
Shift Schedules
We deliver dedicated support around the clock, 24/7, which means our shift schedules may include early mornings, daytime hours, evenings, weekends, public holidays, sleepovers, and/or waking nights.
Your Responsibilities
As a relief team member, you will play a crucial role in our organization, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of care and support during staff training, vacations, and absences.
Your primary responsibility will be to assist individuals with disabilities and/or additional support needs in various aspects of their daily lives, including shopping, managing finances, cooking, household chores, and personal care.
Additionally, the individuals we support enjoy a range of hobbies and activities, so you may find yourself engaging in arts and crafts, gardening, attending movies, dining out, swimming, dancing, and going for walks, among other activities.
About You
No prior experience is necessary to join our team; we prioritize values and transferable skills. We will compensate you for your training and equip you with all the practical skills you need. We will also fund your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) and SSSC registration.
