Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative - Loader - Nights to join our team at TRCGroup. As a Warehouse Operative - Loader - Nights, you will be responsible for operating MHE such as a driver truck, moving pallets from dispatch lanes into lorries ready for deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating MHE: You will be responsible for operating MHE such as a driver truck, moving pallets from dispatch lanes into lorries ready for deliveries.
  • Completing Lane Walks: You will complete lane walks to check the standard of pallets and re-stack and wrap them if necessary.
  • Ensuring a Clean and Tidy Workplace: You will ensure the workplace is kept clean and tidy and that all spillages and breakages are cleared immediately.
  • Adhering to Health and Safety Regulations: You will adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Full Coaching and Training: You will receive full coaching and training alongside and throughout a 12-week structured training plan tailored to the department and the employee.

Requirements:

  • No Previous Experience Needed: No previous experience is needed as full training will be provided.
  • Good Attitude Towards Work: You will have a good attitude towards work.
  • Reliability: You will be reliable.

Shift Pattern:

You will work on a monthly rota pattern working any 5 out of 7 days, including weekends. Shift times will be 10pm-finish, with occasional early starts of 6pm-finish.
