Associate Quantity Surveyor - Consultancy Role
We are seeking an experienced Associate Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Edinburgh. As a key member of our built environment projects team, you will be responsible for managing a mix of residential, commercial, mixed-use, hotel, and education projects.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have previous consultancy experience working on large-scale projects, with a strong background in private sector built environment projects. You will have experience in pre and post-contract duties, and project management experience is a plus. Additionally, you will be comfortable in a client-facing environment, with excellent written communication skills and the ability to mentor junior employees.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive basic salary of up to £78,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a benefits package that includes over 30 days of annual leave. Our client is a privately owned consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering award-winning projects, and we encourage people who think outside the box and want to improve their careers through our training schemes.
Requirements
- Previous consultancy experience working on large-scale projects
- Experience working on private sector built environment projects

- MRICS chartered
