- Ability to follow procedures and treatment plans, ensuring high-quality care and patient safety.
- Registered Nursing Associate qualification and relevant experience in a similar role.
- Nursing Associate foundation degree or equivalent.
- Experience working with children and families, particularly those with emotional distress and behavioral challenges.
