Mobility Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mobility Clinician to join our team at Whizz Kidz. As a Mobility Clinician, you will play a vital role in empowering young people with mobility needs to live independently and confidently.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical expertise and support to children and young people with mobility needs. This will involve conducting assessments, developing personalized plans, and working closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care.
You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate clinical records, assisting with clinical audits, and safeguarding children, young people, and vulnerable adults. Additionally, you will work within all policies, procedures, and budgets set by Whizz Kidz, ensuring that our services are delivered to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of children and young people with mobility needs
- Develop and implement personalized plans to meet the unique needs of each client
- Work closely with our team to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical records
- Assist with clinical audits to ensure professional and local standards are met
- Safeguard children, young people, and vulnerable adults
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Relevant experience working with children and/or adults with mobility and postural needs
- Self-motivation and flexibility
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
