About the Role

They are seeking an electrical maintenance engineer with experience in the building services industry, capable of performing both reactive and planned maintenance work on electrical, mechanical, and building services systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out Electrical Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks
  • Perform fault finding and maintenance on UPS Systems, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarms, and general building controls
  • Maintain Pumps, Motors, Air Handling Units (AHUs), and HVAC systems
  • Provide customer-focused solutions to address their maintenance needs
  • Demonstrate confidence in handling situations and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Ensure accurate completion of relevant paperwork to a high standard
  • Work across diverse environments including airports, colleges, universities, and commercial office spaces
  • Possess strong technical knowledge and literacy skills
  • Be proficient in reading and creating technical documentation
Location

The successful candidate will primarily cover Hampshire, West Sussex, Surrey, and Berkshire, with occasional work in London.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Level 2 City & Guilds qualification in Electrical Installations
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • Clean DBS check
