We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, from identifying potential candidates to facilitating their integration into the organization.
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with prospective candidates, hiring managers, and various stakeholders.
- Organize interviews and evaluations, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
- Utilize recruitment management systems to maintain candidate information and monitor progress against hiring objectives.
- Deliver regular updates and reports to senior leadership regarding recruitment activities and outcomes.
Essential Skills:
- Prior experience in recruitment, whether in an internal capacity or within an agency setting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for fostering relationships with candidates and stakeholders alike.
- Strong organizational and time-management capabilities, adept at juggling multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with recruitment software, along with a solid understanding of hiring metrics and analytics.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on solutions, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
