We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Project Manager to join our team at ISS Facility Services UK. As a Facilities Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing lifecycle projects, variations, and small works capital projects to ensure they are executed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage lifecycle projects, variations, and small works capital projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key business stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Optimize processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including Health and Safety legislation and ISS policies.
- Develop and maintain effective communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage and coordinate project delivery teams to ensure they have the necessary skills, resources, and support to deliver projects successfully.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable project management experience in delivering lifecycle, variations, and small works capital projects.
- Knowledge of financial procedures, including preparing KPI and WOR reports.
- Ability to interpret complex information and data to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- NEBOSH or IOSH Managing Safely qualification desirable.
- Degree in a relevant field, such as building services or engineering, desirable.
