This exciting role offers an exceptional opportunity to contribute to the development and maintenance of innovative digital publishing products, including renowned platforms like Bloomsbury Collections, Bloomsbury Fashion Central, and Bloomsbury Professional. As we expand into new subject areas such as architecture, this position will play a vital part in shaping the future of academic and professional content delivery.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) checks and upload online content with precision.
  • Provide essential support in converting existing titles to XML format, ensuring seamless integration into our digital platforms.
  • Manage invoicing payments efficiently, contributing to the smooth financial operations of the team.
  • Meticulously check and prepare content for production, upholding the highest standards of accuracy and quality.
  • Ensure timely and accurate uploading of updated legislation onto relevant websites.
  • Take on administrative tasks that facilitate the rapid publication of our valuable content.
  • Actively participate in one-off projects as needed, demonstrating your versatility and willingness to contribute across various initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Prior knowledge of XML is highly desirable but not mandatory. We offer comprehensive training to ensure your proficiency.
  • A meticulous and thorough approach with a keen eye for detail is crucial for maintaining the integrity of our digital content.
  • Strong proofreading skills are essential for ensuring the accuracy and clarity of all published materials.
