About the Role:
As a Calibration Specialist with Thomas Lee Recruitment, you will be responsible for the calibration of mechanical, torque, force, and pressure gauges within a UKAS-accredited laboratory. You will also be required to carry out on-site calibrations at customer premises.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting calibration activities in line with BS EN ISO 17025:2017 standards
- Maintaining accurate calibration records and generating certificates
- Providing technical advice and support to customers
- Reviewing and approving calibration certificates and reports
- Liaising with senior management to optimize laboratory efficiency
About You:
We are seeking an individual with a background in dimensional calibration, engineering inspection, or manufacturing. A strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and a passion for accuracy are essential.
You will be a detail-oriented and methodical individual with excellent problem-solving skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial.
