**Cleaning Operations Manager**

Apleona, a leading provider of integrated facilities management services, is seeking a skilled Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee the cleanliness of our clients' premises to the highest standards.

This is a key role that requires a strong leader to manage a team of cleaning professionals, ensuring that our clients' facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of cleaning professionals to deliver exceptional cleaning services and maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
  • Collaborate with the facilities management team to develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols
  • Monitor and report on cleaning performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Support the facilities management team in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in facilities management or a related field
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Knowledge of cleaning processes and procedures, with the ability to develop and implement effective cleaning protocols
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
