About the Role:

Recruit with Purpose is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead on the replacement of multiple business systems and applications as part of a vast business-wide transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run end-to-end projects, including a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, on-prem to cloud data transformation, and the implementation of new Housing and Finance Systems, service technology, and more.
  • Work closely with the Director of Transformation to implement a clearly defined methodical approach to projects and lead on end-to-end delivery.
  • Support several critical projects, including the replacement of legacy technology and the implementation of new systems.
  • Develop and implement project management methodologies across the technology change function.

Requirements:

  • End-to-end IT project management experience.
  • Proficiency in multiple project management tools and methodologies, including PRINCE2, APMP, Waterfall, and Agile.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills across various levels.
  • Ability to guide project strategies and bring structure to project delivery.
