The Role: Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our team at our Newbury nursery. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping the lives of young children by providing them with a high-quality learning experience.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide loving and attentive care to children, ensuring their individual needs are met.
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote children's development across all areas of learning.
  • Create a safe and stimulating environment where children feel happy and secure.
  • Work collaboratively with parents and colleagues to support children's progress.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's observations, assessments, and planning.
