We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our IT Process Team within Sainsbury's Tech. This role focuses on evaluating, analyzing, and implementing measurable enhancements to specific process areas across the Technology division and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee policies, processes, training materials, and knowledge resources.
- Examine and refine processes to facilitate improvements in communication, training, governance, and performance.
- Act as a facilitator for your designated process area, assisting colleagues in adhering to established policies and procedures.
- Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), analyze trends, and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.
- Take charge of producing and disseminating communications.
- Address any issues that may arise during the lifecycle of your defined process.
- Continuously assess and apply industry best practices.
- Represent the team in meetings, including chairing and documenting discussions as necessary.
- Assist in the creation and execution of the defined process roadmap.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, influencing and promoting the adoption of processes.
- ITIL Foundation Certificate or higher.
- Experience in creating Process Maps using tools such as Signavio, Visio, Blueworks, or Miro.
- Understanding of Service Desk operations is advantageous.
- Familiarity with IT Service Management tools, particularly Service Now.
- Experience in analyzing current processes and driving improvements.
- Ability to understand end-to-end process implications, assess risks and rewards, and communicate enhancements effectively.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA is a plus.
- Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred.
- Experience in supporting colleagues to meet technical, audit, and regulatory standards.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
