Robert Walters is seeking a highly skilled Legal Entity Controller to join our team. As a Legal Entity Controller, you will be responsible for safeguarding the firm's assets and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation, analysis, and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management, directors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Resolution of complex technical accounting issues and disclosure requirements.
  • Facilitation of the quarterly consolidated reporting process with regular interaction with Finance teams globally.
  • Coordination with multiple teams across the firm in a collaborative and problem-solving capacity.
  • Proactive improvement of workflows, technology, and integrity of reporting information.
  • Development and evolution of the reporting framework to ensure adequate financial management oversight.
  • Participation in various working groups and forums to ensure adequate oversight from a legal entity control perspective.
  • Involvement in a broad range of cross-divisional projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Recently qualified accountant (0-2 yrs) with a CA or equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrable technical accounting knowledge with experience in preparation of audited financial statements under IFRS.
  • Track record of improving processes and adding value to clients/stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for problem-solving.
  • Functional expertise with emerging business, economic, and market trends.
  • Personal drive and motivation with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Client-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to share information/new ideas effectively.
