Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Carpenter Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join our dynamic team at Howells Recruitment. As a crucial member of our construction and maintenance division, you will play a key role in ensuring the upkeep, improvement, and safety of social housing units.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Execute high-quality joinery work in social housing units, ensuring a safe and secure environment for residents.
  2. Perform multi-skilled tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance, to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
  3. Assess and repair various components within social housing units, utilizing your expertise to resolve complex issues.
  4. Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  5. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times, prioritizing the well-being of yourself and others.
  6. Communicate effectively with residents and colleagues, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor, and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
  1. Proven experience as a joiner with multi-skilled capabilities, demonstrating your ability to adapt to diverse situations.
  2. Relevant certifications in joinery and/or multi-skilled trades, showcasing your commitment to professional development.
  3. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction and maintenance, ensuring a safe working environment.
