Lead Generation Specialist

Tru Talent is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for showcasing our clients' services to potential customers and generating leads and sales opportunities for our Account Managers to pursue.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Build strong relationships with customers through outbound calls, CRM follow-ups, and market research.
  2. Keep the CRM database up to date with accurate contact details to maximize marketing impact.
  3. Record and track all customer interactions and conversations in the CRM system.
  4. Handle incoming sales calls, document client requirements, and forward them to the account manager for follow-up.
  5. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
