Role Overview:
We are seeking a Principal Mechanical Engineer to provide technical leadership within our engineering division. This position involves navigating variations and uncertainties while collaborating with dynamic sectors such as Medical, Aerospace, and Agritech.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a pivotal figure in ensuring that all products manufactured by Tharsus embody the necessary level of mechanical innovation and engineering oversight from inception.
- Demonstrate and enforce best practices in design and engineering while mentoring the engineering team to uphold high standards.
- Deliver exceptional solutions for commercially viable products through a balance of diligence and creativity, focusing on both product and process.
- Collaborate effectively with Solutions Architecture, Sales, and Project Management teams.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Extensive experience in delivering complex electromechanical products, systems, or solutions in a leadership capacity.
- A proven track record across diverse industries, leading initiatives in electrical and control disciplines.
- A strong academic background in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Chartered Engineer status or equivalent experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
