Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a pivotal figure in ensuring that all products manufactured by Tharsus embody the necessary level of mechanical innovation and engineering oversight from inception.
  • Demonstrate and enforce best practices in design and engineering while mentoring the engineering team to uphold high standards.
  • Deliver exceptional solutions for commercially viable products through a balance of diligence and creativity, focusing on both product and process.
  • Collaborate effectively with Solutions Architecture, Sales, and Project Management teams.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Extensive experience in delivering complex electromechanical products, systems, or solutions in a leadership capacity.
  • A proven track record across diverse industries, leading initiatives in electrical and control disciplines.
  • A strong academic background in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Chartered Engineer status or equivalent experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
