Job Overview

Everpay, a global fintech company, is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our operational/compliance team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in managing and maintaining a suite of existing reports and datasets, as well as developing new reports and dashboards to deliver meaningful business intelligence for management information, reporting, and operational purposes.

Responsibilities
  1. Data Analysis and Reporting
    1. Collaborate with key stakeholders to translate business requirements into meaningful and accurate reporting solutions through the integration of data from various sources into PowerBI.
    2. Develop new and existing data models to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
    3. Design, develop, and deploy new reports and dashboards for various business areas into informative solutions.
  2. Report Management and Maintenance
    1. Maintain and update existing PowerBI reports and dashboards to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
    2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to report performance and data discrepancies with the relevant product owners.
    3. Ensure continuous improvement of reporting processes and tools.
    4. Develop and implement data cleaning and transformation processes.
Requirements
  1. Proficient in PowerBI.
  2. Proven experience in analysing large data sets, identifying relationships, and building data models.
  3. Proven experience in data extraction, integration, manipulation, and warehousing of databases.
  4. Understanding of APIs and customer connectors.
  5. Detail-oriented.
  6. Strong communication skills – ability to report data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  7. Microsoft PowerBI certification is desirable.
  8. Experience working with SQL servers is desirable.
