- Participate in evaluating service provision and maintaining confidentiality, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
- An SVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification is ideal, although previous experience in a similar role is beneficial.
- Basic computer skills are required, with the ability to use technology to support care delivery.
- Respect for Christian worship and values is essential, as we strive to provide care that is grounded in our Christian ethos.
- Membership in the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) are mandatory.
