Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Data Quality Assurance Specialist to join our progressive Finance team. As a key member of our Data Quality Assurance (DQA) team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity is part of our General Insurance (GI) Finance team, where you will report directly to the Data Quality Assurance Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and accredit the transfer of financial data through our Finance systems, ensuring that it meets the highest standards of quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform controls and investigations to ensure data integrity
  • Produce reports and investigate and resolve data queries
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address data quality issues
  • Develop and implement data quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of General Insurance data flows for Finance, Finance Data Hub, Oracle Fusion, and General Ledger
  • Excellent analytical and investigative skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Financial or accounting experience
  • Strong Excel skills

  • Circa £30,000 salary (dependent on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
