Join our team at Fawkes & Reece London, where we are seeking a skilled HVAC Maintenance Engineer to contribute to the upkeep of one of the UK's premier venues.
Role Overview
As an HVAC Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for managing all reactive maintenance and remedial tasks related to mechanical and HVAC systems.
Shift Pattern
Our shift schedule consists of a 4 on 4 off rotation, with day shifts from 7am to 7pm and night shifts from 7pm to 7am.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance and reactive operations.
- Repair HVAC systems and associated equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Execute installation, modifications, and repairs on piping systems as required.
- Conduct repairs on pumps within the workshop, including the replacement of mechanical seals and addressing common pump failure issues.
- Utilize BMS and control systems related to mechanical equipment to aid in fault diagnosis and ensure proper configuration.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- NVQ / City & Guilds Level in Plumbing, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning 6187.
- 3-5 years of experience in a comparable role.
- Proficiency in using Trend BMS.
