We are seeking an experienced Senior Philanthropy Manager to join our team at Wadars Animal Rescue. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for securing major gifts from high net worth individuals, corporations, and trusts.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive major gifts strategy to achieve ambitious income targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including high net worth individuals, corporate partners, and trust administrators
  • Collaborate with the fundraising team to identify and pursue new opportunities for major gifts
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals, reports, and other materials to secure major gifts
  • Work closely with the fundraising assistant to support individual giving and community fundraising initiatives

**Requirements**

  • Proven track record of securing major gifts from high net worth individuals, corporations, and trusts
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • Ability to produce high-quality, imaginative, and compelling presentations, proposals, and reports
