About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced M&E Engineer to join our facilities management team at our Lakeside site. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding and repair work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting our clients' facilities with PPM and reactive M&E and other general building services maintenance
  • Delivering planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding and repair work
  • Working autonomously to deliver tasks such as emergency light testing, fire alarms, lamp changes, basic plumbing, and fabric work
Requirements
  • 18th edition or HVAC experience
  • 'On the job' experience working in an M&E Engineer role or similar
  • Strong communication skills and work ethic
  • Awareness and knowledge of health & safety
Desirable Qualifications
  • F-Gas qualification
  • IOSH working safely qualification
  • Plumbing experience
  • Basic fabric skills
  • 2391 testing inspection
